Remedy™ HPLC line of columns was developed to address common issues in the analysis and isolation of drugs and counter-ions, environment contaminants, organic and inorganic analytes, cannabinoids and cannabis-infused products. Remedy™ HPLC columns are silica-based HPLC columns carrying mixed-mode functionality on the surface.  Ligand nature and density are optimized to provide ideal separation for a wide range of compounds that vary in their hydrophobic/hydrophilic and ionic properties.  High loadability allows the use of these columns in prep isolation of neutral and ionic compounds, such asTHC and THCA, CBD and CBDA. Specially designed multi-functional functional groups of the ligand help to analyze compounds in difficult sample matrices, such as environmental, food samples and biofluids. Columns are designed to reduce sample preparation and improve the accuracy of the analysis. Unique stationary chemistry allows a much higher degree of resolution between analytes, allowing the use of shorter columns and methods to analyze and isolate cannabinoids. Loadability of these columns is much higher for ionizable compounds, and can be used in cost-effective isolation of individual cannabinoids or groups of cannabinoids based on their reversed-phase and ionic properties. In most of the cases, the order of elution for compounds can be changed based on mobile phase composition. This is not achievable on single-mode columns where only one mechanism of interaction is present.

Remedy ER is a mixed-mode tri-modal silica-based sorbent and column with reversed-phase, cation-exchange and anion exchange properties. The ligand has multiple basic and acidic groups for increased capacity and better retention control. Polar ionizable groups shield analytes from interacting with silica gel support, providing a better control of retention time and providing a more reproducible results due to absence of silanol interactions between analyte and stationary phase. Gradual shutdown of ionic properties allows to analyze compounds with different ionic properties within one run. The column is fully compatible with all detection techniques including mass spectrometry. (Available in 4Q2020, reserve yours here)

Remedy EH is a mixed-mode tri-modal silica-based sorbent and column with HILIC, cation-exchange and anion exchange properties. The ligand has multiple basic and acidic groups for increased capacity and better retention control. Polar ionizable groups shield analytes from interacting with silica gel support, providing a better control of retention time and providing a more reproducible results due to absence of silanol interactions between analyte and stationary phase. Gradual shutdown of ionic strength of the stationary phase allows to analyze compounds with different ionic properties within one run. The column is fully compatible with all detection techniques including mass spectrometry. (Available in 4Q2020, reserve yours here)

Remedy™ THCa (THC/THCA remediation) is a mixed-mode silica-based sorbent and column with a proprietary stationary phase designed to provide high loadability and resolution in isolation and separation of TCA from CBDA and THC from CBD. The sorbent material can be used in a batch mode to remove THCA from hemp extracts. High capacity of the ligands on the surface of silica gel provides a much more efficient and inexpensive approach compared to the prep chromatography. The sorbent and  columns are fully compatible with all detection techniques including mass spectrometry. (Available in 4Q2020, reserve yours here)

Remedy™ ET (edibles) is a mixed-mode silica-based sorbent and column with a proprietary stationary phase designed to analyze cannabinoids in complex matrices like biofluids and edibles. Unique stationary phase design and ligand density help reduce or avoid complex sample preparation. The column is fully compatible with all detection techniques including mass spectrometry. (Available in 4Q2020, reserve yours here)

Remedy™PAC (Potency and Contaminants) is a mixed-mode column designed to separate main cannabinoids and potential toxic organic and inorganic substances occurring in marijuana and hemp plants and derived products. Hydrophobic, hydrophilic, basic and acidic compounds can be analyzed with various mobile phases and provide an ideal tool for determining main cannabinoids as well as pesticides, herbicides and some of the metals. The column is fully compatible with all detection techniques including mass spectrometry. (Available in 4Q2020, reserve yours here)
